example we explain that how to create a workflow in Dynamic CRM to alert a
Record’s owner when an any Activity/Note is added on this record. Or how to
send an email to the record’s owner when any Activity or Note is created in
this record.
Suppose
you have Lead entity in which any Note/Activity is created or added the email
is automatically send to the Lead owner that the new Activity or Note is
created.
Here
we demonstrate that when an any phone Call activity is created on an Account
then email will automatically send to the Account owner with phone call details
in email.
